I. Under warranty:

  1. Within 12 months warranty from checking before acceptance and transferring the project, Thidaco will hold training course and hand over all technical operating instruction and maintenance services manual as the project comes into operation.
  2. Thidaco will fix and replace false parts free of charge under warranty when users follow operating instruction offered by Thidaco. In case that the faults are made by customers, the company will fix them with reasonable price.
  3. Maintenance and periodic cleaning are not included in the warranty if they are not mentioned in the contract. Meanwhile, customers can request Thidaco an additional contract with special discounts during the warranty period. Customers can also make maintenance under the guidance of Thidaco by themselves.
  4. At least in the first three months of the warranty period, installation teams will be responsible for repairing the installation errors until they are completed before transferring to our maintenance services.
  5. Under the warranty period, our Maintenance Manager will try to work hard to solve the problems quickly within 24 hours right after receiving the request from the client. Thidaco will solve the problem at the earliest time and send the report to client.

II. After warranty period:

  1. With a skilled technician’s team, good supply of spare parts and technical support providing the best service to customers, Thidaco will maintain these services during the life of the equipment.
  2. Thidaco will help customers to build up their maintenance schedule in accordance with the system. Thidaco will provide full-package of maintenance service on reducing total operating costs for customers, to maintain stable and effective equipment’s life.
  3. Thidaco will timely supply customers standard quality genuine spare parts on time with preferential price.

III. Some general conditions:

  1. When any incident occurs, whether the warranty is in the process or in the time of implementing the maintenance contract, all the damages must be carefully checked and analyzed, then we will report the causes to prevent repeated damages.
  2. Official working time from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm, 6 days a week except for Saturday afternoon (after 12:00am), Sundays and holidays. In extra time, customers can call the mobile numbers of the worker on duty.
  3. Customer’s requirements on the warranty or services will be sent to the Customer Service Department at the following address:
